Full Moon – January 28, 2021

There is a Full Moon today, January 28, 2021, in the sign of Leo. A Full Moon occurs when the Moon is opposite the Sun. In this case the Sun is in Aquarius and the Moon is in Leo.

Leo is a Fixed Fire sign and as such is inspirational and can be rather stubborn, if pushed. Leo is dramatic, generous of spirit, and loves a grand social event, where one can be seen by those who matter. Leo loves the finer things in life, that is for sure.

This would be a good time to contact friends and set up a virtual party to be held on Zoom. Get everyone together, dress up in your finest clothing and jewelry, prepare good food and drink, and get ready to play games! Of course you can play games over a virtual gathering! Charades would be a good choice, for example.

Jupiter is conjunct the Sun in Aquarius, bringing us an expansion of the qualities of Aquarius, another Fixed sign, but this time it’s in Air instead of Fire, as it is in Leo. Both are Fixed signs and can be set in their ways, but Aquarius is more of an intellectual sign, being that it is in Air. As such, Aquarians can seem remote and aloof, but you can be sure their minds are active.

Aquarius is ruled by Uranus, and currently Uranus can be found squaring the Sun in another Fixed sign, Taurus. Taurus is Fixed Earth, again rather set in its ways and being in Earth, is grounded and practical.
